<strong>This is an entry level opportunity:</strong>

20 year old advertising agency - located in Union Square area of NYC, is seeking a junior Flash Actionscript coder to work on interactive campaigns with the creative and business units.

<h2>Requirements:</h2>

Knowledge of <strong>Actionscript</strong> principals. 0-1 year real world Flash programming experience.

The manager is seeking <strong>junior developers who are eager and want to program</strong> (rather than be an artist) and who don't have ego problems.

This person must be able to communicate with non-technical people.<p>

The manager will be spending time <strong>training and mentoring</strong> the junior developer. He prefers actionscripters who are not settled into someone else's habits and methods. This is an opportunity to work with the creative team and learn real-world web development.

Salary to 50K

No relocation package available.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA: US Citizen, Permanent resident, TN Visa ok.
