The International Erosion Control Association (IECA), an educational non-profit organization, is soliciting proposals to redesign its existing web site to incorporate desired features, achieve the goals of the site, and promote the association’s brand image. This is a short term project for an outside contractor or agency. All work can be performed off-site.
