It might be old, but it really looks a lot better then a lot that is now produced. And if you say it is outdated, I say it is wonderful compatible with all. (from short source looking, no guarentees). I was cutting edge back then and though I dislike frames, I like it.

Some of the ideas are cool. The one main hang up of mine is that it takes me to long to get to the content. What you have going on in the corner with the SPproductions is great. I am just wondering if you used items of actual content to get people to drill into your site. It might motivate the unknowing user to click further.
