It's old news if you're a subscriber to thelist, but in case you've missed it, Macromedia has announced Flash MX, and is making it no secret that they hope to extend Flash's adoption from an animation medium, to become a usable, application platform for the web.

News.com is reporting on Macromedia's Flash MX, with views from Macromedia spokespeople, an analyst, and a developer.

Wow, evolt is even usable on a PalmPilot running Palmscape!Sorry, nothing to do with article but its amazing nonetheless that Im sending this comment from my visor!
